Description: We are Canada based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Library Website Redesign.

Scope:
1. Redesign of website with an environment that engages end users, improves ease of use, must be compliant with web standards and integrates with CMS
2. Site redesign to plan, design, build, analyze and test website
3. Site must engage end users through simple, interactive features and appealing design
4. Must deliver a web standard compliant site independent of user platform
5. The site will have a consistent design style and layout themes
6. The layout will be clean, and compelling by virtue of its simplicity
7. Must have ability to roll either page of whole site bask to previous state.

This is a global and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 23, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
