Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Website Design and Development of CMS.

Scope:
1. Redesign of website for businesses, residents, visitors and investors
2. Site must be:
• navigate and access information;
• communicate with the City through surveys and online comment submissions; and
• complete necessary forms.
3. Redesign of the website should include, or account for, but not be
limited to the information in the following categories:
- Website design;
- Content Management System;
- Functionality, Integration and Online Services;
- Communications, Training and Support;
- Experience and Development Criteria;
- Hosting Requirements;
- Acceptance and Go-live; and
- Insurance and Indemnification
4. Develop a unique, professional looking, attractive website
5. site must be viewable on multiple platforms, resolutions, and browsers
6. Each page must be printable by presented sizing, use of print style sheets (preferred), or availability of printer friendly links
7. CMS should allow for an unlimited number of system users at no extra cost
8. System should allow site administrators to password protect areas of the site.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 3, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
