Description: We are Canada based looking to outsource our requirement of Website Design and Development Service. We are looking for Organization Website Redesign.

Scope:
1. Redesign to achieve the following objectives:
- Represent the brand, values and core function of our organization
- Improve the process to update and maintain the website
2. Update the website so that it visually engages the visitor
3. Refreshed design and set of templates for all pages of the site
4. Compatibility with existing mainstream web browsers and operating systems including Firefox, IE, Chrome, MAC and Windows platforms
5. Visitors would be able to search for content by entering keywords in a Search box
6. Easily create and save searches and reports as well as to export to excel
7. Creating and sending electronic newsletters to our members
8. Visitors to comment on any type of content on our website
9. To publish upcoming evening and possibly ads on our website
10. The Photo Gallery feature enables us to present any set of our images on our website so members can easily navigate.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 5, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
