Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Website Design and Database Management Service.

Scope:
1. Redesign, develop and update program website
2. Enhance the functionality and user friendliness of existing website
3. Provide easier navigation of website by end-user target audiences
4. Permit simultaneously viewing of data from different program areas
5. graphically and visually consistent from page to page including menu options
6. Be elder friendly with consideration of font size, font type and background colors
7. Include drop-down menu list from the main topic menu buttons
8. Browser agnostic with commonly used browsers found on Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems
9. Incorporate the ability for users to complete interactive on-line forms and to print or save forms
10. Allow for search capabilities by keywords or phrases using existing engines
11. Support various training formats such as PowerPoint, PDFs, Videos, Webinars etc
12. Provide links or embedded plug-ins such as Java and Adobe Reader for opening and viewing documents
13. Maintain an archive of information such as press releases, newsletters, etc., preferably in HTML and PDF format
14. Function as a relational database which links various data fields
15. Import from and export into other data sources (i.e. Microsoft applications, forms, website, etc.).

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 8, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
