Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Redesign of Website and Development of CMS.

Scope:
1. To make the website interactive, informative, user friendly and attractive
2. Integration of current online bill payment into new website
3. Redesign website navigation and overall look and feel
4. No Flash, Java-script or frames will be used
5. The site must be viewable on multiple platforms and browsers like PC's, phone browsers, Ipad's etc
6. Each page should contain breadcrumbs and search ability
7. Each page must be sized as to allow printing or contain a printer friendly version
8. CMS must have ability to create and maintain workflow approval process
9. notify approver when content is ready for review/publish
10. To have a contact area to manage contacts
11. To have an image area to manage city approved images
12. The ability to re-route approver due to vacation, etc.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 20, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
