Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Custom Website Design and Development.

Scope:
1. Custom website that must be easy for visitors to reflect and navigate the community
2. Design elements, images, graphics and text must be selected to enhanance the site visually
3. Provide a proper search engine friendly website
4. The site should be tested and functioning normally in all current browser versions (IE 7.x and above, Safari 4 or above, Chrome 4 or above, Firefox 3)
5. Conversion of the custom site design to XHTML, validating and testing all code in all browsers and platforms
6. Create and build all pages under top level navigation using form based text editor.

This is an onshore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 22, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
