Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Implementation of City Website.

Scope:
1. Design a unique, attractive website to completely fulfill all City requirements
2. Design a self supporting, consistent, user-friendly navigation framework for the City website
3. Design a unique home page for the City website that will be copyrighted by the City
4. Design a template for all pages within the main site and templates for at least nine sub-sites
5. Assist with the development of web page content so information is organized, easy to access and has a uniform, consistent format for the entire site
6. Migrate content from current website to newly designed website
7. Integration with social networking websites
8. Mobile device compatibility for all website content
9. Ability to create multiple separate calendars and news pages based on category
10. Create different but duplicate instances of a page in multiple
areas of the website navigation
11. Ability for users to complete various forms online
12. Ability for users to complete ecommerce transactions.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 1, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
