Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Professional Website Design, Maintenance and Hosting Service.

Scope:
1. Provision of web design, maintenance and hosting
2. Website should be redesign using Content Management System (CMS)
3. Utilize Content Management System that is intuitive
4. Download Town documents or documents
5. Provide notifications to residents of new events
6. Create and present three unique webpage layouts
7. Layouts should be designed for a 1024 pixel resolution
8. Develop a website style guide listing all styles with descriptions
9. Develop templates for all appropriate sections of the website
10. Must be compatible and consistent on all major browsers
11. Develop a mobile formatted layout and include automatic mobile detection.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 22, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
