Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Website for Public Relations and Video Production.

Scope:
1. Designing and developing additional website pages as well as redesigning the site structure
2. Create and manage a password-protected area on the website
3. Maintain and update website content weekly
4. The website must accommodate document storage, including but not limited to meeting minutes, governance, templates and forms
5. Web designer must include warnings on the site to notify viewers of this restriction
6. Include a mirrored website in Spanish
7. Provide basic search functionality (index and free text search),
including ability to search text within PDF files.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 15, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
