Description: We are Canada based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Community Website Redesign.

Scope:
1. User friendly and highly interactive design with intuitive navigation, an improved graphical user interface and easy-to-find content organization
2. Compatibility with W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
3. Ability to function on all browsers and platforms (including mobile)
4. Ability to be easily updated by staff with a simple and user friendly Content Management System
5. A search engine optimization strategy and a site specific search function
6. A calendar function that can be easily updated
7. Ability to integrate easily into web based e-newsletter software.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 24, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
