Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Agency Website Development.

Scope:
1. To redesign and implement a website with improved function and aesthetics, and includes additional features
2. The website must be viewable by the general public with commonly used browser software
3. Pages and features should be compatible with moderately limited bandwidth access by the general public
4. Ability to edit content by designated agency staff with minimal training and/or software
5. Ability to add additional pages as well as add and rearrange components of a page by agency staff
6. Website search capability using key words or phrases
7. A menu system, such as a horizontal drop-down, branching menu and bread-crumb trail which allows the user to quickly navigate to pages in other categories on the site
8. The ability to edit master layout, colors, etc. by IT staff
9. Components such as calendars, site map, secure login and submission forms.

This is a global and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 18, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
