Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Redesign and Maintenance of Website.

Scope:
1. Oversee the written, visual and audio content of the website
2. Surveillance and/or monitoring of website must be maintained on a 24/7 basis
3. Serve as managing editor for website
4. Maintaining the website, includes the configuration, support and ongoing maintenance
5. Create daily backup files, test page navigation links, monitor site traffic, and respond to email requests
6. Website will comply with W3C web standards and be viewable in all popular web browsers on Windows, OSX and Linux machines
7. Create registration and feedback forms with data validation, auto-response and integration with databases
8. Design and create fill able forms as required
9. Calendar that integrates dates of workshop, meetings, and
special events. (i.e.: News, Notices, Meeting Agenda, and Minutes of the Meetings).

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 13, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
