Scope:
1. Creative design that incorporates custom design elements with the most important information easily accessible from the homepage
2. Consistent branding through a professional design theme
3. Fast site navigation and page loading by effectively optimizing graphics
4. Intuitive navigation controls and easy to use drop down menus making it easy for visitors to quickly understand navigation and focus on the information important to them
5. Automatic conversion of pages to common mobile device interface standards
6. Use of Cascading Style Sheets to ensure future consistency and separation of content and design
7. An interface that makes updating web content simple and straight-forward for city staff
8. Collect and review all content and materials from the current website for the new site
9. Consistent graphics, structure, and navigation design
10. Design of custom icons, buttons, screen elements, and backgrounds
11. Efficient and streamlined navigation and site architecture.
