Description: We are US looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Design and Development of Website.

Scope:
1. Website must serve as a state of art document repository and online community across development sectors
2. Creation of account to upload information about campaign along with associated files (video, audio, PDF, images, MS office, etc.)
3. To create a user-friendly page layout that organizes and presents information in a logical, accessible manner
4. The visual design should be adapted from existing design elements
5. An efficient upload and tagging system, including images and thumbnails
6. Design/development of special collections as a separate function
7. Google analytics and a means to generate reports to registered users detailing numbers of views/downloads of pages/materials
8. The new site should be compatible with all major browsers including Internet Explorer down to version IE6.

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 7, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
