Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Council Website Design.

Scope:
1. Provide an easy to navigate, easy to manage website that effectively introduces to website visitors
2. Our website must provide information, interactivity and links that facilitate technology-driven individuals and organizations to connect with us
3. Develop a cross-browser, updated, visually compelling, user-friendly online resource which is cohesive and consistent with the overall brand
4. Develop a solid template for landing pages that works as the key
conversion tool for information and services
5. Any images created or used in the design and layout of web pages, newsletter layout, etc
6. The new website will require the following features:
• Content control
• Search-engine capability and positioning (SEO)
• Member management (ability for people to join the organization online, including payments)
• Event management
• Photo/Media Gallery (possibly integrating flickr, Picasa, YouTube, Vimeo and/or other publicly available services)
• Social Media integration
• Login required area. To include: ability to join peer groups, renew membership, get discounts on tickets for events, and communicate with other members
• Ability to add and update banners for sponsors.

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 22, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
