Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Redesign and Implementation of Website.

Scope:
1. The new site will:
- Have a current look and feel
- Provide a cohesive and intuitive navigation structure
- Accommodate a wide range of information-sharing needs, including outings and events, document dissemination, a navigable map of protected lands, and featured news updates
2. Redesign the homepage
3. Design page templates for the website consistent with the home page redesign
4. Allow for easy embedding of YouTube and agency-hosted videos
5. Facilitate collaborative content development with user roles and permissions (edit, publish, delete, etc.)
6. Provide context-sensitive menus to allow easy navigation of content within different areas of the site
7. Allow for the addition of new content areas, with customized design and navigation elements
8. Google Analytics code inserted into page templates
9. Easily-configured registration and feedback forms with data validation, auto-response and integration with databases
10. Easy integration of content to and from District social networking accounts (Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc.)
11. RSS feeds to allow easy subscription to updated District content.

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 1, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
