Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for website redesign service.

Scope:
1. Design a unique, attractive website to completely fulfill all City requirements
2. Design a self-supporting, consistent, user-friendly navigation framework for the City website that is understandable to users on all
levels
3. Unique home page for the City website
4. Design should be simple and allow users to easily access relevant information
5. Design a template for all pages within the site. All pages must be consistent, look professional, and enhance the image of the City
6. Integration with social networking websites
7. The ability to create multiple separate calendars and news pages based on category and/or department
8. The ability to easily post emergency notices on the website home
9. Create different but duplicate instances of a page in multiple
areas of the website navigation
10. Ability for users to complete and submit various forms online
11. Ability to easily post emergency notices on the website homepage
12. Ability to create and maintain a parks/squares and facilities.

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than February, 15, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
