Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for web-based resource which will serve as a data collection and a reporting system of multi-variant data collected for campuses and districts.

Scope:
1. An application that uses Open Source technology (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and widely used & supported frameworks and standards.
2. Improved, seamless, protected internet accessibility from remote locations.
3. Intuitive user-friendly interface that is easy to interact with and understand.
4. Automation of application tasks and data updating that are currently manual.
5. Flexibility and ability to extend so additional functionality can be added in future.
6. Efficient database queries, screen loads, and report generation.
7. Documentation of application, including technical and user interaction information.

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than February, 28, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
