Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for addition of features on website.

Requirement:
1. Admin or a signed in merchant can create the e-coupon
2. 100 chars max description
3. 1 picture allowed
4. Expiration date required, so the system removes it automatically when expired
5. Would have a QR barcode auto generated of the data once downloaded
6. Once entered, has to be approved by admin before going live
7. Once approved, the coupon and link are automatically tweeted on our Twitter feed.
8. Is downloaded for free by our members
9. Default download is to email like our purchases, but optional download to SMS text using our SMS API currently in use.
