Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for community portal design.

We need following features:
1. Signup / Login integration
- Ability to sign up for an account, personal or business
- Account would create and grant access to 5mb email account(roundcube webmail software), forums(phpbb),
2. User home page
-Access to email
3. Business directory
- Ability to add -phone number -address -business hours -business name -link to business website
- This would be a premium service. Payments would be handled by paypal.
- Businesses would have the ability to choose length they're listed in the database, billed per day.
-Prior expiring an auto renew notification would be sent to the user
-Upon expiring the information would no longer be displayed, but would be retained in the database.
4. Site content search
- Ability to search the sites content.
