Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Web Site Branding and Design service.

Scope:
1. Branding of Web site
2. Design a banner for the website, including:
- Treatment (graphic design and layout) of website
identification/branding elements.
3. Incorporation of logo in the banner
4. Graphical design, Cascading Style Sheet (CSS), and HTML coding for home page and secondary pages
5. Design for banner, navigational menu, and persistent navigation elements
6. Design shall be seamlessly integrated with the current SIS look and feel.
7. Provide design and HTML templates for secondary pages
8. Associated CSS and image files.
9. Design documents. Design documents shall document the design elements used, including the font style, size, colors, background, suggested color palette, and font variations.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than February, 14, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
