Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for website like www.sophiesoffers.com.au.

Requirements:
1. unique layout but similar to www.sophiesoffers.com.au, and will all contain the same important elements
2. 2 separate opt-in areas for entering email & mobile, one near the top and another in the right column
3. "Follow Us On Twitter & Facebook" areas;
4. "As Seen On" areas;
5. post opt-in "Thank You" page that will contain (a) Safe Sender Instructions, (b) 4 "post opt-in ads" that display 2 of my other sites, (c) 2 separate Google banner ads... one image skyscraper ad & one text link Banner Ad (468 x 60) dimensions;
6. Google text link ad Banner (468 x 60) dimensions somewhere in the footer area of every single page;
7. pop-up opt-in box (on homepage only) and catfish pop-under box (on every page including homepage).
