Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for migration of website to CMS.
We want service provider to Use SJIS for Japanese font. There should be Japanese and English version of web site as it is now. We need following functions for this web site

- have all the functions that the current web site has (Just send message function)
- Make it precisely placed and clean. I want to have product/service detail screen. Currently, all the products and services are in
one -page. I want to have product/service detail page.
- Picture upload
- Password login for customers to view certain content
- Simple SEO
- iPhone/Android viewing
- Online product/service order page: enter number of products and
services and proceed with checkout (If this is not possible, deduct $200
from the payment)
-Background should be pretty simple. We will provide you access right to our web server.

Our estimated budget is 500 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact as soon as possible along with their quotes and experience.
