Description: We are US looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for branding strategy that will encompass several aspects of the nonprofit organization’s name change process.

Scope:
1. Create a comprehensive branding strategy that provides a seamless integration of Non-profit organization’s mission, services, and new name.
2. This contract will be comprised in three phases stated below:
PHASE I:
- Name selection which may include positioning slogan
- Logo design may be in color and B&W suitable for reproduction in print and online
PHASE II:
- Branding and Marketing plan
- Brand style guide
PHASE III:
- Print materials may have letterhead, envelopes, business cards, etc.
- Media press kit
- Design templates: tri-fold brochure, poster border, flyer border
- Online media: web site, e-newsletter, and social networking pages
- Implementation plan.

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than March, 11, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
