Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design Service. We are looking for redesign of site website.

Scope:
1. Develop a highly beneficial, cost-effective, easy to use, interactive, and architecturally sound website that is flexible enough to support our Internet needs for a minimum of 5 years.
a. Include social networking accessibility and linking
b. Include mobile application elements
c. Re-design Oracle E-Business and i-Recruitment application front ends
d. Captcha capability
e. Blog feed and generation capability
f. Multiple language support and translation
g. Newsletter support
h. Calendar functionality
i. Logical and intuitive links
j. Dynamic polls
k. Intuitive and logical linking
l. Content tagging
m. Active Directory integration for Content Management
2. Create a standardized format and enhanced graphical look for all pages; thereby establishing a unified theme throughout our website.
3. Conversion of existing pages in the site to the new design template.
4. Website must provide for high-speed upload/download response times for low-end to high end computers and mobile devices. A page size of less than 75kb for template elements is preferred.
5. Comply with Americans with Disabilities Act and W3C Content Accessibility Guidelines.
6. Site must be designed to function effectively with common versions of software and hardware.
7. All documents, including maps and tables, should be available in a ‘printer friendly’ format without extensive graphics, to provide ease of viewing, printing and downloading.
8. Include links for visitors to download any browser supplement products, such as Acrobat Reader, that is necessary to view information on the site.
9. The site should take into consideration future plans such as; e-commerce capabilities
10. Cross-referenced information should be hyper-linked from page to page within the website and the Home Page link always visible.
11. Graphical files should be relative to the site and provide for quickest loading.
12. The site must operate in a virtualized Windows 2003/2008 server infrastructure.
13. Ability to maintain an archive of existing and past records such as agendas, minutes, press releases, newsletters, video and still images etc
14. Ability to view and download our documents, including contracts.
15. Ability to track number of visits per page, and overall site visits
16. A system needs to be in place for maintenance and updating capabilities by non-technical staff
17. Basic training for a minimum of 25 employees.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 18, 2010, 2:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
