Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for development and maintenance of website. The duration of the contract is for 1 year with the possibility of two one year extension.

Scope:
1. Maintenance of all functions of website
2. Ability to install and maintain ColdFusion application on secure server
3. Maintenance of email marketing system
4. Updation and maintenance of addresses and boundaries for each route of database
5. Updation of website content on ongoing basis
6. Updation includes photos, text, links, forms, audio and video etc
7. Maintenance and coordination of e-commerce functions
8. Maintenance of recording and reporting capabilities for transaction history and sales.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 7, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
