Description: We are UK based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for development of website. It includes design, building, development, hosting and support. The duration of the contract is 3 years.

Scope:
1. The redeveloped site will require a completely new design and layout which uses the latest web technologies.
2. The design must be graphically appealing and facilitate easy navigation around the site.
3. Designs must take into account web accessibility standards (W3C) and ensure that the site complies with any relevant equality and diversity legislation.
4. User testing with a sample of potential site users will be required to ensure the site is usable and relevant.

This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 250000 GBP. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 10, 2010, 2:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings.
