Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for design and development website. We have a domain at top level that relates to satellite - downloading and software (primarily TV use). We want to sell the domain, use the domain name to place adverting for existing software/product, or join affiliate program(s). The best thing would be to offer downloads on the site (according to law and in agreement association with the software developers of course) perhaps with sponsoring/advertisement. we a developer that can not only build and design this site, but also to do research themselves and our best choice would be a developer that is able produce/provide specific content (primarily links,sites,software,etc).

Our estimated budget is 500 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact as soon as possible along with their quotes and experience.
