Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for website design and development for council.

Scope:
1. Provision of easy electronic access to public information for use by stakeholders, constituents, and the public
2. Provide online content management for our staff
3. Provide a redesigned site favoring a build-to-suit website
4. Provide pages for all major programs, departments, services, and functions
5. Use consistent unified or common themes:
- Modestly sized banner graphics or logos, action buttons and signature icons must be provided as main page design
6. Provide a user-friendly site:
- Use logical and intuitive links
- Site must be designed for use on major web browsers as well as nongraphical browsers
- Site should not overwhelm the user with visual clutter
7. Provide navigational tools: Tools will include graphic navigation buttons, shortcuts and leading back, forward, up, down to homepage
8. Allow for interactivity
9. Graphic files should be relative to site
10. Allow for search capabilities.

This is a global and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 35000 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 28, 2010, 4:30 PM by courier, post or email.
