Description: We are Canada based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Website Redevelopment and Hosting.

Scope:
Site specifications of the refreshed website include the following features and functionality:
1. Web Hosting
The Contractor will either provide hosting services or recommend third party hosting company.
2. Site Navigation
Improve and streamline navigation.
3. Homepage
Redesign layout; incorporate new elements and links.
4. PCT Offset Showcase
Add visual elements and interactivity (e.g. link to project map)
5. Content Management System
Implement a better, faster, more intuitive and flexible CMS. The new CMS must be a user-friendly, flexible administration tool. It must also enable in-house staff to easily make content updates and design modifications after launch without the need to directly access source code.
6. Search Functionality
Improve search engine hits by providing key words or phrasing that will identify content throughout the site.
7. Optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Based on goals, objectives and requirements, assess, recommend and implement optimization of SEO.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 26, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
