Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Community website redesign.

Scope:
Website with the following features:
1. Page layout and information architecture
2. Designed with maximum Search Engine Optimization
3. Ability to display video content and contain downloadable information (PDF)
4. Remote web streaming – stream to website from remote location via a streaming appliance
5. Ability to deliver content from user to CreaTV San Jose (.mov files)
6. Ability to upload videos of various file types and sizes to be viewed on our website separately from our VOD (video on demand) and/or live streaming systems
7. Ability for videos of any size to be viewed with multiple media players
8. Ability to create, edit, modify and hide/delete web pages using brand identity fonts, colors, etc. with a CMS such as Drupal, Joomla or Wordpress
9. Site analytics for all pages and ability to measure live stream and video on demand for specific shows
10. Create designs that are easy to navigate.

This is a global and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 30,000 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 26, 2011 by courier, post or email.
