Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Town Website Design.

Scope:
1. Review the current site and site architecture.
2. Survey “leading edge” municipal websites to identify process and service transformational design opportunities to the Town
3. Design a new site and new architecture
4. Enable integration with existing Town systems, including Document Management, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, GIS, Parks & Rec website, Vehicle Tracking, etc.
5. Provide programming to implement changes
6. Reorganize content from the current site to the new website in a more usable, findable fashion
7. Design and program interactive forms
8. Establish a content management system, with ease of use for all content providers as a key value
9. Install new search functions, and provide for search engine optimization
10. Train the I.T. Department in the maintenance and upkeep of the website and departments generally on the administration and use of the web site.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 24, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
