Scope:

2. Provide comprehensive creative and technical services to develop, design, and maintain a non-proprietary database driven website
and content management system
3. Able to address/include use of social media and search engine
optimization tools, as well as flexibility and transportability of web-hosting services
4. Creativity of design and understanding of economic development organizations
5. Technical expertise and ability to provide ongoing support and web optimization ideas
6. Compatibility with other databases to allow for incorporation of real estate data on the website
7. Solutions offered should also generate RSS and XML data feeds and allow the ability to add other features.
