Description: We are Canada based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for creation of website and redesign.

Scope:
1. Website including, but not limited to, the following:
• Improved information architecture.
• Simplified design, clear layout and inviting.
• Ability to capitalize on social media opportunities.
2. The purpose of the focus on economic development is:
• To attract potential investors to the Township
• To assist existing and potential business owners through planning and permit processes
• To inform existing and potential business owners of funding opportunities
• To provide easily accessible and searchable information regarding available land and buildings
• To provide a searchable business directory
• To provide a fully interactive website which will provide a wealth of information to existing and potential business owners
3. Ability to meet the following requirements:
- Create the architecture and design with input from stakeholders
- Create subsidiary looks for different types of pages and for different target groups as needed
- Transition the new website over to our work environment.

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 13, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
