Scope:
1. Ecommerce – Possible desired features:
- Development, design, host, maintain and upgrade an ecommerce website
- User-friendly content management system
- Integration with internal sales and accounting systems
- User friendly player account management system
- Age restrictions (18+)
- Ability to introduce promo codes, e-coupons and more
- Flexibility for mobile commerce
- Introduction of gift cards for utilization in-stores and online
- Ability to cross sell Lottery products and promotions within platform
2. Player Loyalty Program – Possible desired features:
- Development, design, host, maintain and upgrade an Player Loyalty website
- User-friendly content management system
- Integration of web analytics tools
- Ability to capture and report consumer spending habits
- User friendly player management system
- User friendly analytics and tracking tools
- Ability to cross sell Lottery products and promotions within platform.
