Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and DTP Service. We are looking for website and graphic design service. The duration of the contract is 1 year with the possibility of further extension for additional 3 years.

Scope:
1. Web Browser Compatibility: Website will comply with W3C web standards and be viewable in all popular web browsers on Windows, OSX, and Linux machines
2. Search Engine Optimization: The website will be search engine optimized with Google Analytics code
3. Internal Management: Any modifications to website architecture, design, and navigation should facilitate continuance of this practice. 4. Dynamic Data Presentation: . Our websites, reports, newsletters, and forecasts provide critical information to our members, businesses, site location consultants, rating agencies, and others
5. Member Access: website including newsletters, events calendar, events that require online registration and payments, event highlight web pages with photograph
6. Social Media: To provide recommendations and services to support use of social media tools
7. Graphic Design of Publications and Collateral
8. to provide graphic design services for– email, monthly newsletters, quarterly and annual reports, and marketing collateral material including brochures and flyers
9. Redesign/modify the three revolving homepages into three themed pages
10. Website creating standalone web pages for each of six total regions
11. Update the left navigation panels to better reflect the pages and content therein
12. Redesign the presentation folder
13. Update the brochure with current program information.

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 2, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
