Description: We are Canada based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for redevelopment of website and maintenance.

Scope:
1. Be built on a flexible platform that allows for easy updates that could be performed in house, allows for easy upgrades and for plug-ins, and readily supports social media integration.
2. Be designed with intuitive navigation (using a variety of techniques such as top level buttons, left-side menu, hypertext links, search engine).
3. Be designed with SEO and SMO in mind
4. Be quick to load.
5. Be compatible with all major Internet browsers and be W3C compliant.
6. Be developed using standard tools, jointly decided by the successful proponent and the Town of Banff.
7. Be searchable by key word.
8. Be scalable to accommodate mobile devices.
9. Be easily maintained internally.
10. Be built on a platform that supports a large, robust website (2000 pages +).

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than April, 29, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
