Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Designing a literacy website.

Scope:
1. Design two creative eye-catching visual design theme layouts to choose from.
2. Logo usage placement, color scheme, style palette, type face selection, menu navigation Stock photography style and layout placement.
3. Install CMS content management system Wordpress 3.1 on SERESC servers, start code development, and migrate existing pages into the new demo site.
4. Setup initial html pages, blog(s), widgets, and functionality plugins
5. Provide easy access for visitors to bookmark and add to social networks
6. Special care will be used to plan content areas to provide the most visual impact and SEO benefits
7. Perform visual design quality assurance and HTML code quality assurance and testing.
8. Develop Word press content management system help guide tools explaining CMS functionality to allowing updates to various website page content.

This is a global and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 10000 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 2, 2011 by courier, post or email.
