Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for addition of features on website. We need some of the features and may wish to add some video introductions or other new technologies. The site should contain a content management system so that we can add, change, or delete pages and also the content on each page. We also want the site to be optimized for SEO and whatever else is necessary to get the exposure we need.

Our site has three primary functions:
1. To attract new clients
2. To offer credibility to new clients
3. To obtain new independent researchers (which will require an automated email responder and scheduled follow up emails).
