Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Software Development Service. We are looking for redesign of website and web CMS.

Scope:
1. Design a unique, attractive website with a self supporting, consistent, user-friendly navigation.
2. Design a unique home page and should be simple and allow users to easily access relevant information.
3. Design a template for all pages within the site. All pages must be consistent, look professional.
4. Website Content Management System should be such that non-technical staff must be able to update and edit content easily.
5. Website Hosting Guidelines-
- Off-site hosting
- Compatibility with multiple browsers
- System that supports ongoing Windows updates, critical updates, security updates and service pack updates released by the operating system and database vendors
- 24/7 technical support.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than April, 29, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
