Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Portal Website Redesign.

Scope:
1. Theme
• Focus and convey transparent, open and ethical government
• Aesthetic design should highlight the theme
• Appealing to a wide array of visitors
2. Page Layout/Design Attributes
• Easy-to-navigate home page website design and subsequent levels of information
o Three tier design (three templates - Homepage design, Landing Page and a Content Page)
• Rotating picture on home page framework
• Built in, easy-to update, flexible content spacing areas, including an area to highlight emergency announcements
3. Content Management
• Website content update capability via a secure Content Management System
• Easy and flexible web interface to update content on a frequent basis by non-technical staff for multiple types of content (video, text, images, etc.)
• A way to manage and create URLS that are user-friendly versus system generated URLS
4. Technical
• SEO friendly
• Ability to embed tracking analytics within site on every level
• Ability to leave room for future updates and additions
• Preference for an open source content management system
• Preference for system that runs on Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP.
