Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for university website redesign.

Scope:
1. University website must have creative, compelling, engaging and consistent page designs
2. Developing a family page designs consistent with overall design
3. Creation of templates for each layer of our site
4. Development of consistent, compelling and useful content that optimizes the impact of the site
5. Content should also ensure high placement of relevant pages on search engine queries.

This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 50,000 to 300,000 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 25, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings.
