Scope:
1. Maintaining and updating our Research Online service including maintenance of the website
2. Sourcing and updating of Research Online content and abstracting of reports
3. Arrangements for external hosting, including security aspects, disaster recovery and expected levels of service
4. Provision of monitoring reports on usage.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 13, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
