Description: We are Ireland based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for redevelopment of two websites.

Scope:
1. Amalgamation of two websites under one redesigned site
2. Site must ensure that those who wish to connect directly to universal design matters are facilitated to do so quickly and easily
3. Site must be easy to maintain
4. Accommodating accessibility features of the site
5. Ability to publish HTML5 documents
6. Ability for select staff to edit all existing HTML, CSS and JavaScript on the website at a given time
7. Create a new information architecture and redesign (including functionality of the site)
8. Create templates for MS Word that ensure that MS Word documents can be easily converted into accessible HTML
9. Populate the new website with selected relevant content.

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 20, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
