Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design Service. We are looking for design elements for current site. We need 2 design elements for our current website.

Requirement:
1. A web banner to replace the current one, dimensions are 690 * 122 px, and we would like you to use the first four images from the PDF document attached. The production od logo and the first three film images. We would like it to add to the look and feel of the site.
2. The other element is a .png button that will suit the color scheme, there should be a normal state and a state I can use with the css :hover property. I am open to ideas as long as the buttons fit with the current color scheme.
