Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Animation Service. We are looking for creation of flash website. We need someone that can provide the coding and designs for animated flash website.

Requirement:
• Full screen
• All animation to be AS2 or AS3 (not timeline animation)
• Animated navigation
• Image gallery
• working Contact form
• Main animation (see below)
• Main animation:
the sky, trees, houses, car and grass are all on their own layer. When a navigation item is selected, the layers move at different speeds across the page, giving a 3D impression. The car also rocks forward and back to give the impression that it is moving. The movement eases in and out and the car drives for around 5 secounds until it comes to a complete stop as the page information is displayed.
