Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Software Development Service. We are looking for Web Content Management Solution.

Scope:
1. Must have a clear conversion path and process from existing CMS
2. Use an Oracle or MS SQL backend database
3. Should support most common server technologies, ex. Apache, IIS
4. Ability to support multiple publishing points
5. Ability to export data in standard formats
6. Must be easily scalable to support additional needs and perform well under high
7. Should support quotas for site size and/or storage space
8. Support for multiple web development languages
9. Well-developed methods for backup and restore of sites and their components, including data versioning
10. Have tools to produce mobile compatible code
11. Support the ability of web authors to create custom code
12. Support user alerts for page expiration, workflows, and user changes
13. Easily facilitate migration of existing pages into the new CMS
14. Built-in file naming/metatags/tags/categories/etc. for pages
15. Built-in and customizable error codes and intelligent reporting for issues and problems
16. Ability to drag and drop assets and images into the editor
17. Built in estimated End Users page-load time calculator
18. Ability to see available code/content optimization opportunities
19. Ability to customize CSS for certain pages
20. Ability for CMS Users/CMS Content Managers to choose page layout/templates
21. Ability for CMS Users/CMS Content Managers to access and use e-newsletter template.
