Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Development and Hosting of Website.

Scope:
1. Update the web site layout with our key stakeholders in mind
2. Design must be visually appealing, useful, professional, easy to use
3. Website should be easy to maintain in-house and cost effective
4. Provides for consistent, intuitive navigation so that information can easily be found
5. Can be easily updated, maintained, and administered by City staff
6. Site should be user-friendly for staff on the back end and for our audience on the front end
7. Content should be searchable and results should not be dominated by dated or irrelevant documents
8. Ability to translate website to languages other than English
9. Provides detailed analytics/site statistics/reports for staff on web site usage
10. Commonly used browser compatibility (IE, Firefox, Safari).

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 25, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
