Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Software Development Service. We are looking for Web Based Application Development.

Scope:
1. Web based applications that can provide education plan documentation, reporting data management and compliance monitoring
2. Include daily back-up service of data
3. Allow administrators to generate reports on demand
4. Allow documents to be archived within a web based system
5. Offer human language translation capability for education documents.
