Description: We are Canada based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Comprehensive Design and Development of Portal.

Scope:
1. The portal will be the online destination for all municipal, economic and community development information
2. The search capabilities should be extensive enough to search different MS SQL databases, utilizing a range of parameters and metadata
3. The administration of the portal should be through a secure web-based graphical user interface to maintain settings including site details, appearances and layout format.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 31, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
